2. BOOK YOUR EVALUATION
The next step to begin your journey with The Edit Haus is to book an evaluation.
Choose how you would like to complete your medical evaluation:
OPTION 1 — VIRTUAL EVALUATION
Complete your evaluation from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Book your evaluation and receive secure access to connect virtually with one of the medical providers available within our network.
You can complete your evaluation using your phone, tablet, or computer from home.
OPTION 2 — IN-STUDIO ASSISTED EVALUATION
Prefer a little extra guidance? Visit us at The Edit Haus.
Our team will be at The Edit Haus to help you with the process by assisting you with:
Completing required intake forms, organizing medical information, uploading or providing requested documentation, preparing for the virtual medical evaluation, connecting with the provider from our studio (The medical provider continues to conduct the evaluation via telehealth), understanding the next steps after the evaluation.
3. CONNECT WITH THE EDIT HAUS
Before your medical evaluation, our team personally connects with you.
Once we receive your booking, our team contacts the patient directly before completing the evaluation.
Final treatment eligibility, medication selection, dosing and protocol are determined by the medical provider completing the evaluation.
4. UNDERSTAND YOUR PROGRAM + PRICING
Know the process and costs before moving forward.
We’ll walk you through the program you’re considering, including what it covers, the total cost, the medical consultation fee included in that total, any additional fees that may apply, fulfillment and delivery options, and available payment methods.
If you are medically approved and choose to proceed with the recommended program, your consultation fee will be applied toward the total program cost.
5. RECEIVE YOUR SECURE EVALUATION LINK
Once your evaluation is confirmed, you’re ready to connect with a medical provider.

6. COMPLETE YOUR MEDICAL EVALUATION
Your health comes first.
During the evaluation, an authorized medical provider will review the necessary clinical information to determine if the patient is a candidate for treatment.
The goal of this evaluation is to determine if this treatment is medically appropriate and safe for you.
The medical provider may:
Approve the patient and establish the corresponding treatment/protocol;
request additional documentation, clinical information, or lab results before making a decision;
or when there is an element in the medical history, medication, condition, or clinical information that requires further evaluation.
7. IF ADDITIONAL MEDICAL REVIEW IS NEEDED
Some cases require an additional level of review—and that’s part of responsible care.
A deferred evaluation is not necessarily a denial. It may simply mean that additional clinical information is needed before a safe treatment decision can be made.
8. YOUR PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN
Approved? Now we finalize your plan.
Once the provider approves the patient, we can proceed with the authorized treatment.
9. PRESCRIPTION + PHARMACY PROCESSING
We coordinate the next step for you.
The Edit Haus coordinates the process; prescription medications are processed and dispensed by the corresponding pharmacy.
10. CHOOSE YOUR FULFILLMENT OPTION
Home delivery or coordinated studio pickup, when available.
Available options, shipping costs, and any additional details are explained before completing the process, during our initial communication.
11. BEGIN YOUR PROGRAM
Your treatment begins with a plan—not just a prescription.
After receiving treatment, the patient begins by following the authorized instructions and protocol.
Depending on the program, you may also receive: Treatment instructions, educational resources, administration, guidance where applicable, program recommendations, nutrition/lifestyle education, and follow-up instructions.
12. ONGOING SUPPORT + FOLLOW-UP
Your care doesn’t end after approval.
Active patients may require follow-up, depending on their treatment.
Active Patient Follow-Up Evaluation — $39
Any modification to the treatment or dosage must be determined or authorized by the appropriate provider.
