Can I request a specific peptide medication?

Yes. You can let us know what treatment the program interests you and our team can guide you about the available options.

However, requesting specific treatment does not guarantee approval. The final decision corresponds to the medical provider based on your evaluation and clinical information.

Shipping

Can my treatment be sent directly to my home?

Yes. When the approved treatment offers home delivery, the medicine is sent directly by the dispensing pharmacy to the patient's address.

Is the shipping cost included?

For our complete treatment programs, standard shipping from the pharmacy to the patient's home is included in the total price of the program.

The patient will not have to pay an additional standard shipping cost separately when purchasing a complete program.

When does an additional shipping fee apply?

Shipping is not automatically included with individual wellness injections, wellness injection packages, vitamin or wellness vials, or peptide orders. If the patient chooses shipping instead of studio pickup, an additional shipping fee will apply. The exact cost will be provided before the order is completed.

How long does it take to get my treatment?

Once the patient has been approved, the corresponding payment is completed and the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, the estimated processing time and shipping is generally 3 to 5 working days.

However, this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Some pharmacies can process and ship much faster, while others may require more time.

The timeframe may vary depending on:

•The pharmacy that dispenses the treatment
•The medicine or treatment
•The state where the patient is located
•The shipping destination
•The shipping method
•Prescription processing time
•Weekends or public holidays
•Pharmacy processing volume

Can I receive my treatment in the studio?

When the treatment and corresponding pharmacy allow this modality, we can also coordinate pickup at The Edit Haus.

The available fulfillment options will be explained to the patient before completing their treatment.

What happens if my medicine needs refrigeration?

When a medication requires temperature control, the dispensing pharmacy is responsible for using the appropriate packaging and shipping method for that medication.

The patient must follow the storage instructions received with their treatment immediately after receiving it.

Refunds

Is the medical evaluation reimbursable?

No.

Medical Assessment for New Patient — $49
Active Patient Follow-up Assessment — $39

The fee corresponding to the medical evaluation is non-refundable.

This payment corresponds to the medical evaluation service and does not guarantee that the patient will be approved for treatment.

What happens with the $49 if I am approved?

If you are medically approved and decide to continue with the presented program, the $49 for the evaluation will be added to the total cost of the program.

For example:

If the complete program presented has a total cost of $300 and you paid $49 for the evaluation, after being approved you would only pay the remaining balance of $251.

What happens to the evaluation fee if I am not approved?

The medical evaluation fee is not refundable if the provider determines that the patient is not eligible for treatment.

The payment covers the medical evaluation carried out, regardless of the approval result.

What happens if my evaluation requires additional revision?

The fact that an evaluation requires additional information or is sent for additional review does not automatically mean that it has been declined.

In some cases, documents, clinical information or laboratories may be requested before making a final decision.

The original evaluation fee remains non-refundable.

Are treatment payments refundable?

Once an approved treatment or prescription has been sent for processing and fulfillment by the pharmacy, the payment for the treatment is final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and their storage, security and dispensing requirements, these products can also be handled as a traditional retail return.

What do I do if I have a problem with my shipping?

If there is a problem with the received shipment, such as damage during transportation, an incorrect item or any situation related to delivery, the patient must communicate with The Edit Haus as soon as possible.

We can help you determine the next corresponding step with the dispensing pharmacy.

ASSESSMENTS + LABORATORIES

Do I need laboratories to schedule my evaluation?

No. Having recent laboratories is not a mandatory requirement to initially schedule a medical evaluation.

The patient can complete his evaluation without recent results available.

Can I include recent laboratories in my evaluation?

Yes. If you have new laboratories and want them to be available for clinical review, you can notify us and our team will tell you how to provide them.

Can the provider request laboratories after my evaluation?

Yes.

Depending on the patient's medical history, existing conditions, medications or information identified during the evaluation, the provider may recommend or request laboratories or additional clinical documentation before making a final decision.

What happens if I require an additional review?

Some cases may require additional review before a final decision can be made.

If additional information, medical documentation or specific laboratories are needed, The Edit Haus will communicate with the patient to explain the next steps.

What options do I have if I need to perform labs?

If laboratories are subsequently recommended or required, the patient can:

1. Use your primary/insurance doctor
Request the corresponding laboratories through your Primary Care Provider and use your insurance when this option is available.

2. Use our cash-pay lab options
We can offer access to different laboratory panels through our program with Fullscript and your laboratory network.
