TREATMENTS DISCLOUSURE
This medication is strictly prohibited for individuals with the following health conditions:
• Thyroid Cancer Risk: You must not use tirzepatide if you or anyone in your family has ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).
• MEN 2 Syndrome: It is contraindicated for patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, a condition that causes tumors in endocrine glands.
Other Restrictions:
• Severe Allergies: Do not use if you have had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide or any of its ingredients.Severe Gastrointestinal Disease: It is not recommended for people with severe stomach or intestinal problems, such as gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying), as the drug can worsen these conditions.
• Pancreatitis: It has not been studied in patients with a history of pancreatitis, and caution is advised.
• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Use is not recommended during pregnancy as it may harm the fetus. It should be discontinued at least one month before a planned pregnancy.
• Age Restriction: Restricted to adults aged 18 and older for weight management.

1. Initial Inquiry
Start by selecting your desired treatment, complete the intake form, and submit your order for approval. Payment will not be processed until the request has been evaluated by our clinical provider and approved to begin treatment following the Telehealth Medical Consultation and Treatment Plan & Approval. 2.Clinical Review & Treatment Pre-Approval
All collected information is sent to the medical provider, Karelia Hernandez, for evaluation. A complete clinical review of the patient's history is performed, including an assessment of their eligibility, identification of potential contraindications, and a determination of whether the patient qualifies for a medical consultation.
Important:
- This review does not constitute a prescription.
- Final approval occurs only during a medical consultation.
3.Pre-Approval & Appointment Scheduling
After the clinical review, if you're considered a preliminary candidate the Medical Assistant will contact you to inform that you have been pre-evaluated, explain the next step (telehealth consultation) and schedule your virtual medical appointment.
Important:
This step does not guarantee treatment, it only confirms that you can proceed to a formal medical evaluation.
4.Telehealth Medical Consultation
You will have a consultation via video, text, or phone call directly with the provider.
During the consultation your medical history is reviewed, goals are discussed, clinically evaluated and it's determined whether you can be a candidate for treatment.
Outcome:
- Treatment approval or rejection.
- A personalized treatment plan is defined, if applicable.
5.Checkout Fulfillment & Ongoing Support
Once the treatment is approved the Medical Assistant manages payment confirmation, order preparation, shipping or pickup coordination and basic usage instructions
